Shipping policy

Pickups are available from Dapto, NSW by appointment only. 

We aim to ship most orders within 2 business days when the item is in stock after receiving your order confirmation email. However, some items may be made to order, so please allow for a 1-2 week lead time in this case. All items listed as in stock on the website are in stock here on location, we do not drop ship. If concerned, please feel free to contact us before purchase.

While we endeavour to provide everyone with an accurate shipping quote, this can be difficult to provide with large, bulky items. 

We will ship anything under 22kg & 100cm with Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Large orders will need to have a shipping quote provided. This can be provided prior to your purchase or after. This way we can make sure you get the best quote currently available for your order.

IS FREIGHT INSURANCE INCLUDED? 
No, we do not include insurance with any freight. If you wish to insure your freight please arrange so with your insurance company. True Blue Motorsports takes all care in preparing products for shipment but is not liable for any losses or liable to provide any replacement items at our cost.

 

CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?
While we will do our best to help in whatever way we can, unfortunately we do not offer replacement stock if anything happens to the freight while in transit. 

 

WHAT IF I SELECTED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Once an item has left our premises the delivery address cannot be changed very easily. We will try our best to assist however may request that you deal with the freight company directly
.

Refund policy

Whilst we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best service available, given the custom nature of the products and items imported/manufactured specifically on order we are unable to provide returns for change of mind.

Under ACCC we are not obliged to refund items that are being returned due to a “change of mind”. Please ensure you carefully select the correct product, and advise of any notes necessary when ordering. At our discretion we can however apply a restocking fee of 20% + return freight to individual cases. This only applies to unopened items within 10 business days of order.

Cancellations
No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of True Blue Motorsports (which is at True Blue Motorsports’ sole discretion). If such consent is given it is, at True Blue Motorsports’ election, subject to True Blue Motorsport being reimbursed all losses, including loss of profits, and paid a cancellation fee (being not less than 20% of the invoice price of the Goods).

Goods not returnable: Any goods specially made, including items cut to length. Any goods made, or purchased to a firm and irrevocable order or any goods altered or damaged by the Purchaser cannot be returned under any conditions.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods must be returned within 14 days of issuance of True Blue Motorsports’ written consent.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returned goods shall be returned to True Blue Motorsports’ place of trading or such other place nominated by True Blue Motorsports.

HOW do customers return items?
Returned Goods must be clearly marked with the Return Authorisation Number or such other reference provided by the Company.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping of returned goods. Goods returned in a damaged condition are not refundable.

CREDIT for returns?
Credits for returned goods (net of cancellation fees) shall be made by direct deposit or crediting the credit card used for the original purchase.
Instore return option?
Goods can be returned in person to True Blue Motorsports via appointment only. 

Packing materials?
Goods shipped for return must be packaged in a similar manner to how it was shipped to you so that damage in transit does not occur.

Faulty products?

True Blue Motorsports will arrange replacement product on behalf of the customer with the manufacturer. Proof of damage must be produced by the customer within two days of receiving the goods. We cannot process a claim without proof. Manufacturer delays in responding/sending replacement products are outside of True Blue Motorsports’ control.

    • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site

  • Order information

    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    • Source of collection: collected from you.

    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify 

    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your rights’ section below.
